Our factory was born in 2013 from the savings of my parents after losing their job, together we invested in an individual bar business, an experience that lasted three years in which we met and perfected the aperitif theme, during these three years we have proposed a invention of Iannuzzi Grazia as well as my mother to renew the Italian aperitif.
Born even earlier in the summer of 2011 in a period of financial scarcity, to support the appetite of the children in particular of his son Kevin, from the family Bar, she decides to mix the Dow with the few ingredients at her disposal, being a former taralli mixer she had experience with the ingredients in this respect and gets set to work, thus creating the PATITOKI a light snack, crunchy and rich in taste, out of the ordinary and conventional, and after numerous attempts we were able to get back that particular Unique mixture.
To get feedback from the general public we started having tasting sessions with various customers who were very fascinated by this snack, and one day several customers after trying our snack came back enthusiastic asking for sachets of PATITOKI to take them to work.
For pure coincidence a street vendor was there who listening with interest to the comments of the clients, he approached my mother with the idea to propose the PATITOKI to a wider market.
From there began the uphill market of PATITOKI, in 2015 we decided to close the bar business and to devote ourselves exclusively to the production of PATITOKI covering various Italian regions such as Puglia, Campania, Lazio, Molise, even exporting to America. . To date we have matured in several aspects by creating a wide range of products divided into three different lines to have a 360-degree market.
We have been reviewed on various platforms such as "YELLOW SAFFRON" - "L’ATTACCO" - "LA GAZZETTA DI SAN SEVERO" and "RADIONEWS 24".
